The concept of Senior Moments with Gene Kyle was initiated by the Ludington Senior Citizens Advisory Board to educate community members and city councilors about issues affecting senior citizens and to advocate for seniors as the city plans for the future. These articles were first presented orally by Gene on the date indicated during the time allotted for public comment at Ludington City Council meetings and were later published as a courtesy by the Ludington Daily News.
