Stretch Fit & Balance This class features weights, bands, and small balls. This class will help participants maintain strength and balance. Participants can use chairs if needed.

Line Dancing Dancing is one of the BEST ways to get healthy and to stay healthy! Exercise your body and your brain by learning line dancing with us! All levels from beginners to experienced are welcome. Tuesdays @ 2:00 PM Instructors Jeannine Carey and Dennis Jados. Please call the center to reserve your spot, space is limited.  

Zumba Gold Toning Same great cardio workout as Zumba Gold but by adding weights without straining joints. Wednesdays @ 5:15 PM and  Thursdays @ 9:30 AM. 

Zumba Gold Join Regina for a great low-impact cardio workout. Mondays @ 5:15PM and Tuesdays @ 9:30AM.  

Cardio Drumming Join Regina young for a great cardio workout using drumsticks and yoga balls. Monday and Wednesday @ 6:15 PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 10:30 AM.
