Line Dancing Dancing is one of the BEST ways to get healthy and to stay healthy! Exercise your body and your brain by learning line dancing with us! All levels from beginners to experienced are welcome. Tuesdays @ 2:00 PM Instructors Jeannine Carey and Dennis Jados. 

Zumba Gold Toning Same great cardio workout as Zumba Gold but by adding weights without straining joints.
