Ted Talks
TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks. This group is facilitated by a retired educator. Join us on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 3 PM.

Let's Talk Mason County History Ludington Senior Center and the Mason County Historical Society are joining forces to share history. Come learn about the history of Mason County from the vast history of the lumbering era to today's bustling tourism industry. Join us for breakfast, socialization, and discussion. (Donation for breakfast would be greatly appreciated). The schedule changes month to month, so please call the center for upcoming events.

Diabetes Support Group (Currently on hold). This group discusses not only diabetes but other health conditions that can surround it. The Diabetes Support Group meets 2nd & 4th Wednesdays at 2:00 pm, except for holidays, and is facilitated by a registered nurse.

A Matter of Balance A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. It is an eight-week class series, emphasizing practical strategies to manage falls. In this class, the participant will learn how to view falls as controllable, to set goals for increased activity, to make changes to reduce fall risks at home, and to exercise to increase strength balance. This class is designed for anyone concerned about falls and interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength; anyone who has fallen in the past; or anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns. Painting Class Joins us for the challenging but relaxing class. Learn how to blend watercolors, use acrylics, and more. The painting class is offered on the fourth Friday of the month. Registration is required, please call 231-845-6841. The cost of this class is $20.00. 

Cup of Cheer Our area garden club meets to create beautiful flower arrangements for our local nursing homes. This group meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 1:00 PM.

Ludington Coin Club Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM.

Low Vision Support Group (Currently suspended until further notice). A group discussion on various forms of vision loss, including the emotional aspect of sight loss. Investigate solutions and share resource information. Third Monday of the Month at 1:00 PM.
