Full Plates, Less Stress: Food Resources for Caregivers is a presentation made possible by the Caregiver Resource Network (CRN) through its virtual educational program called Caregiver University. CRN is a West Michigan-based collaboration of organizations that provides assistance to both informal and professional caregivers. You can attend virtually via Zoom from the comfort of your home. To receive the Zoom link, you must preregister with AAAWM by visiting www.aaawm.org/caregivers or by calling 888-456-5664 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
You can also view this Zoom program at the same date and time at the Ludington Senior Center. Call the senior center at 231-845-6841 to preregister.
Either way you choose to participate, you will have the opportunity during the session to ask questions by using the chat feature in the Zoom platform. Additionally, after the conclusion of the virtual program, your in-person attendance at the senior center will provide a supportive environment for you to ask questions or share your own experiences with others who are or have been caregivers.
